The new Pro Shop at Montgomery Bell State Park is open and in full operation. The old clubhouse was torn down to make room for more than 13,000 square feet in an expanded, brand new clubhouse, pro-shop, and restrooms. The structure consists of structural concrete and wood framing and post tension concrete slab with metal studs. The exterior features stone veneer, hardy board siding, and a metal roof. The expansive covered veranda consists of structural concrete. The new clubhouse features a snack bar, complete commercial kitchen, cart storage space, carpet and VCT flooring, and upgraded millwork items, such as window and door casings. The new Pro Shop was dedicated to Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Commissioner Jim Fyke on January 7, 2011.
